Ron Olsen | President
Ron provides overall company vision and direction and handles corporate partnerships, business development and general management. Originally trained in large company operations during his tenure with a Big 4 audit and advisory services firm, Ron rounded out his expertise with emerging company businesses through a variety of positions with notable venture capital firms in Southern California. With direct CFO and COO responsibilities at venture-backed and privately owned startup companies, Ron has developed a detailed understanding of the pitfalls and hardships of small business operations and has amassed a collection of tools, tricks and resources to help companies overcome these hurdles. Ron graduated with High Honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Business Economics and an emphasis in Accounting. Ron resides in Denver, CO and as a downtown resident, loves to explore new restaurants and entertainment venues, as well as enjoying the outdoors.

De Ann Garrison | Vice President - Operations
De Ann oversees all of Insight's internal operations, internal controls, training programs and client services. Her breadth of professional experience revolves around helping people develop creative solutions, including more than 10 years in project management in fields ranging from clinical research to large-scale public events and non-profit fund-raisers. Additionally, De Ann taught many software training programs and is a trusted resource for software troubleshooting. De Ann graduated with Honors from California State University, Fullerton, with a degree in anthropology, and her love of the study of people threads itself through most aspects of her life. In her free time, De Ann enjoys dining, traveling and biking, and carries on her love of people as a volunteer with Alzheimer's Association and Evercare Hospice. De Ann resides in beautiful Denver, CO.

Ash Boodel | Vice President - Technology
Ash oversees technology infrastructure, with a specific focus on managing daily network operations and Web development. Ash's experience as an entrepreneur has enabled him to become well versed in business development and operations. In addition, Ash brings an enhanced knowledge of technology and has worked with many companies to help them to set up technology infrastructure and effective digital marketing communication tools. Ash graduated from University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Business Administration, and earned a post-graduate degree in Systems Architecture, Web Development and Database Administration. Ash's personal approach to IT training creates a sense of ease that clients appreciate, and he works to provide effective custom solutions for each project. In his free time, Ash enjoys snowboarding, golfing and fishing.

Thomas M. Coyle | Director - Information Technology and Enterprise Architect
Tom designed and deployed Insight's technology infrastructure and manages the hardware and software systems in a state-of-the-art data center. Tom specializes in open-standards IT Engineering and Operations, Service Management, and implementation and management of raised floor environments. He has designed and implemented IT architectures and managed engineering and support teams for some of the country's largest private and public companies in financial services and healthcare, in environments that offer service to hundreds of thousands of employees and tens of millions of clients. Tom combines his education in electrical engineering, physics and mathematics, and industry certifications from Microsoft, HP, Sun, Dell, Cisco, Novell, Brocade, ITIL, CompTia, and many others, with over 20 years of hands-on experience to ensure flawless execution. When he is not tinkering in his home laboratory in San Diego, Tom enjoys cooking, dining and traveling.
