Gloria owns a small accounting firm which serves clients in her community and out of state. She frequently travels to her clients' locations, and also works from home desktop and laptop computers. She uses a notepad to keep track of hours and expenses. Gloria needs an integrated system that is affordable and secure.

For Gloria, we built a service package including online data storage with remote access, a virtual phone line and time & expense reporting that integrates with her accounting software. Now she has access to all of her client information when she travels, and her clients receive detailed billing on a timely basis, improving her communication and cash flow.
